- Onion 2 medium
- Tomato 2 medium
- Ginger 10g to 15g
- Green Chilly 1 medium
- Refined oil 2 table spoon
- Milk 1 cup
- Soya Chap(Fried) 250 grams
- Fresh Cream 1 table spoon
Grind 2 Onion, 10g to 15g ginger, 2 tomatoes and 1 green chilly to fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add paste and sauté it. Now add 1 pouch (20 grams) Soya Chap Masala and saute it for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup milk, 250g Soya Chap, 1 cup water and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
Enjoy tasty and spicy Soya Chap.
Serve Garnished with 1 tablespoon fresh cream.
