Rajma is a popular North Indian Vegetarian Dish consisting of Red Kidney Beans in a thick gravy with lots of Indian Whole Spices and usually served with Rice and Roti.
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 10g to 15g
Green Chilli 1 medium
Refined oil 2 table spoon
Kidney Beans/Rajma (Boiled) 250 grams
Coriander leaves For Garnishing
Grind 2 Onion, 10g to 15g ginger, 1 tomato, 1 green chilli and garlic cloves to fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add paste and sauté it. Now add 1 pouch (35 grams) Rajma Masala and sauté it for 5 minutes. Add 250g boiled Kidney beans/Rajma, 2 cup water to make a thick gravy and cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Serve Garnished with green coriander leaves.
