Indian Chicken curry sauce is made with Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomatoes and Powdered Spices. Pieces of chicken and then added to the sauce and simmered until cooked through.
Onion 2 ½ medium
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Curd 2 tablespoon
Chicken ½ kg
Tomatoes 2 medium
Refined oil/Ghee 2 tablespoon
SDS Chicken Masala 1 pouch (40g)
Fresh Cream As per taste
Take ½ onion long thin cut, 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste, ¼ pouch (10g) SDS Chicken Masala, 2 tablespoon curd and ½ kg chicken (small pieces).
Mix all the contents and put aside for half hour.
Grind 2 tomatoes, 2 onions and make fine paste.
Heat 2 tablespoon of refined oil/ghee in a pan. Add paste into the pan and saute it for some time.
Then put the remaining SDS Chicken Masala (30g) and marinated chicken. Cook for some time.
Add 2 cups of water and cook till the gravy thickens.
Garnish with fresh cream, fresh coriander and mint leaves.
Put 1 Pouch (40g) of chicken masala in ½ kg chicken.
(Use 10g in marination and 30g while cooking)
