Channa or choley is a popular Indian dish that is made with chickpeas. It is commonly accompanied with a side of bhature to make for a lavish meal.
Onion 1 medium
Tomatoes 1 medium
Ginger 10g to 15g
Green Chilly 1 medium
Refined oil 2 table spoon
Chickpea/Channa (Boiled) 250 grams
Coriander leaves For Garnishing
Grind 1 Onion, 10g to 15g ginger, 1 tomato and 1 green chilly to fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add paste and sauté it. Now add 1 pouch (35 grams) Channa Masala and sauté it for 5 minutes. Add 250g Chickpea/Channa, 2 cup water to make a thick gravy and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Serve Garnished with green coriander leaves.
