- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 medium
- Ginger 10g to 15g
- Green Chilly 1 medium
- Refined oil 2 table spoon
- Chickpea/Channa (Boiled) 250 grams
- Coriander leaves For Garnishing.
Grind 1 Onion, 10g to 15g ginger, 1 tomato and 1 green chilly to fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add paste and sauté it. Now add 1 pouch (35 grams) Channa Masala and sauté it for 5 minutes. Add 250g Chickpea/Channa, 2 cup water to make a thick gravy and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Serve Garnished with green coriander leaves.
