It's difficult to take a tried and tested dish that everybody seems to have their own special recipe for and come up with one definitive flavour that pleases everybody. But we went there - and we succeeded. After using our Soya Chaap masala you won't feel the need to ever go back!


Ingredients: Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi), Black Pepper (Kali Mirch), Cashew (Kaju), Cinnamon (Dalchini), Cloves (Lavang), Cumin (Jeera), Dried Ginger Powder (Sounth), Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi), Green Cardamom (Elaichi), Long Pepper (Piparamul), Mace (Javitri), Nutmeg (Jaifal), Red Chili (Laal Mirch), Salt (Namak)

Swadish Soya Chaap:

Requires - 2 Onions (Pyaaj), 2 Tomatoes (Tamaatar), 1 Green Chili (Hari Mirch), Pinch of Ginger (Adrak), 2 spoons of Butter (Ghee), 1 cup of Milk (Dudh), 250g Chaap, 1 cup of Water (Pani)

Directions - Put the onions (pyaaj), tomatoes (tamaatar), green chili (hari mirch) and ginger (adrak) in a blender and blend until a consistent paste forms. Put the butter (ghee) on a warm pan and then add the paste. Gently stir. Add the milk (dudh) and one packet of SDS Soya Chaap Masala. Then add the chaap and water (pani). Cook on low heat for ten minutes, continue to stir.
